Overview
Update: 19:30 UTC Oct 29th - Logins are currently intermittent across
Central services; the workaround is to continue retrying to access
the page.
Microsoft has updated the incident to report
services are coming back, and are currectly expecting service recovery by
23:20 UTC Oct 29th
A Microsoft Azure outage is currently affecting
access to several Sophos customer-facing applications.
Impacted services include:
Applications that use Sophos ID for Single Sign
On, including Sophos Central, Partner Portal Dashboards, Sophos
Community (logging in), Support.sophos.com (logging in/raising cases)
All Sophos security solutions remain secure and
operational. Sophos Central backend continues to operate normally, and
Sophos MDR can still monitor, detect, and respond to threats within
customers’ environments.
