Issues accessing Spektrix Link and Web Components, and online Spektrix Payments Processing

We have been monitoring Spektrix systems and Microsoft Azure through the evening and continue to see improvements across Spektrix Link, web components, and online Spektrix Payments processing.

We will be marking this as resolved and will continue to monitor systems over the coming days.

After today's global Microsoft Azure outage, we are seeing initial signs of recovery for affected system elements, including Spektrix Link (Subsites and Digital Tickets), Web Components, and online payments through Spektrix Payments.

You may begin to see Spektrix Payments and web components working as expected, as well as being able to log into your Spektrix Link portal. In-person payments through card terminals and the Sales interface are still working as expected.

We will continue to monitor the status of Microsoft Azure and our systems, with updates to this page as we have them.

A global Microsoft Azure outage is impacting system elements including online payments through Spektrix Payments, Spektrix Link (including Subsites and Digital Tickets), and Web Components.

In-person payments through card terminals or keyed in through your Sales interface are still working as expected. If you’re able, we recommend adding messaging to your website that directs customers to complete purchases over the phone.

We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and are exploring possible options to improve the situation. We will make updates here accordingly.

We are aware of a current system outage affecting one of our infrastructure partners that started at 16:00 GMT/12:00 PM ET/9:00 AM PT, which we are monitoring closely.

The current incident is affecting online payment processing through Spektrix Payments. If you’re using Spektrix Payments, your customers will not be able to process any payments through your website.
In-person payments through card terminals or keyed in through your Sales interface are working as expected.

Spektrix Link (including Subsites and Digital Tickets) remain unavailable both to you and your customers. Our Web Components are also affected by this outage, meaning that Web Components may not work as expected on your website. We're also aware that iframes on your website may resize incorrectly.
