Azure have marked the recovery from the incident on their end as complete; we have seen no further instances of failure to complete payments online or in the Sales Interface reported and so are confident that this is resolved.
Our infrastructure partner Azure has identified and are working on a fix to resolve DNS resolution issues for Azure Domains via OpenDNS.
We are confident that this is the cause of the sporadic payment issues seen across a low number of transactions for some Spektrix users.
Azure have reported seeing signs of recovery at 14:22 GMT / 09:22 EST.

We have identified a network connectivity issue causing the sporadic issues processing card payments in the Sales Interface and Online.
We are confident that this is only impacting a low number of transactions.

If you have been unable to process card payments for bookings, you will need to reserve the customers' tickets, or take alternative payment; Chip and Pin transactions remain unaffected.

You may be seeing slow loading times or a gateway error after entering card details.
