We have identified a network connectivity issue causing the sporadic issues processing card payments in the Sales Interface and Online for clients using Opayo for their payment processing. Chip and Pin transactions remain unaffected.
We are confident that this is only affecting a low number of transactions. If you are having issues processing card payments, you will need to reserve the customers' tickets, or take alternative payment.
