Delays in sending Pre and Post show emails and applying Autotags

This issue has now been resolved - all delayed email sends and autotag applications should now have completed, and the system should now be working as normal.

We've been able to start reducing the delay affecting Pre and Post show emails and Autotags. We expect that email sends and autotag applications that were delayed by the issue should complete by themselves within the next few hours - will update here if this estimate changes. You don't need to take any action.

We've identified the cause of the delay on the Pre and Post show email and Autotag jobs, and are looking at how we can reduce the length of the delay

We're aware that you may be seeing delays in the Pre and Post show emails sending, and Autotags applying.

If you've noticed a Pre or Post show email not sending, we recommend that you do not attempt to resend. Other digital mailings such as Programs and system emails like Order Confirmation and Account emails are not affected.
