We have noted AWS is experiencing an outage in the Africa (Cape Town) region, zone af-south-1-los-1 as of 5:02pm PT. Synthetic tests scheduled from this zone will experience issues. We will update the incident as we have more information from AWS. Synthetic tests in all other regions and zones are working as expected.
