All products are now fully recovered including Synthetics.
Systems are continuing to recover. The outage in the RUM product has been fully resolved. Synthetics has largely recovered with a few infrequent UI errors still happening. APM data is still delayed but the user interface is working and the recovery of data delay is slowly occurring. Charts for metrics continue to work for data from the last hour and a half. All detectors are recovered and fully functional. The lag of data from the Cloud Integrations has also fully recovered.
The cloud provider has been reporting that some of their underlying systems are slowly recovering. We are beginning to see some recovery and shortened delays in a number of areas across all O11y Cloud products. Charts that are looking at data from the last hour only should be fully functional.

The cloud provider outage continues and most O11y Cloud systems continue to be slow or out altogether. We are communicating with the cloud provider to keep in the loop on the status of their work to resolve the issue.

RUM session and exemplar search is also delayed and is sometimes not working. Synthetics is also experiencing slowness issues as well. APM trace waterfall and session search is also affected. There is an outage occurring in AWS which is the root cause of these issues.
Charts for all customers may not be loading. Datapoints from Cloud Integrations are delayed. We are investigating and will provide an update shortly.
