The SSL certificate for *.repo.spring.io was renewed and replaced by the JFrog Operations team overnight. We are getting reports of an invalid certificate chain.
The issue has been reported to JFrog Support and is being investigated.

JFrog has corrected their certificate deployment and updated the intermediate certificate.
There are reports of builds passing again.
