Developer services were restored at 12:35pm Pacific time.
ci.spring.io required a restarted and is building again as of 14:40pm
"Vendor updated the damage to the fibre is suspected to be a gunshot to the cable"
The websites are back online at the moment, but OneCloud developer tools are unavailable.
