As per the latest update from AWS, the issue on the AWS side has now been fully resolved and services in the AWS US-East-1 region have stabilized.
At this time, no impact has been observed on Sprinklr services, and all systems are functioning normally. Our teams continuously monitored the environment throughout the event and no further concerns have been identified.
We will continue monitoring to ensure ongoing stability.
