Our team has now released App version 6.67.1 to Square Point of Sale, Restaurants, Kiosk, Invoices, and Retail to the App Store. At this time we ask Sellers using these apps to update to version 6.67.1. App updates for Appointments is expected to be available in the App Store soon and we will provide another update once that is available.

Our team is continuing to investigate the disruption impacting Square Point of Sale. During this time, Some Sellers are reporting that their apps are crashing immediately upon opening after updating their 7th Gen iPad, also known as iPad 2019, to iOS 18.4.1. This is also impacting some Sellers using Mobile Payments SDK or Reader SDK applications. As we investigate this issue, we recommend that Sellers with iOS devices disable auto-updates until the issue is resolved.
