Public Holiday Transfer Delays and Customer Support Availability

Bank holidays on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day will delay standard next day and manual transfers. Any transfers scheduled on the 25th and 26th will be deposited into your account on 27 December. Transfers scheduled on New Year’s Day will arrive on 2 January. We apologise for the inconvenience.
