Our engineers have identified the cause of the disruption that is affecting Square KDS on iOS.

Please note that this issue will only impact Sellers accessing KDS for iOS via TestFlight. Anyone not using TestFlight will not be impacted.

As a temporary solution, we recommend that sellers use their Orders Dashboard and printed order tickets to manage orders during this disruption.

Our engineers have identified the cause of the disruption that is affecting Square KDS on iOS. Sellers using KDS for iOS may encounter an error message stating "Square KDS Beta Has Expired," preventing access to the app or orders on their devices. As a temporary solution, we recommend that sellers use their Orders Dashboard and printed order tickets to manage orders during this disruption. Our engineers are continuing to investigate an issue that is impacting Square KDS on iOS. Sellers using KDS for iOS may see an error message stating "Square KDS Beta Has Expired" and be unable to access the app or orders on their device. Where possible, we suggest that sellers use their Orders Dashboard and printed order tickets to access orders during this disruption. A reminder that Android KDS is not impacted.
