We have identified an issue in Bookingplanner which makes it impossible to generate a keycard. We are currently working on a fix. Payments are also affected. When adding a payment to a folio, a notification of a 'Technical error' can be seen. The payment does get added to the folio but does not become visible instantly. A temporary solution is to refresh the page (F5 on Windows, Command-R on Mac) after adding the payment. Further updates about these issues will be posted here.

Services are returning to normal and you should be able to create keys and add payments without issues again. We will continue to monitor the situation.
