Outage Details
We're currently experiencing some issues with printing and displaying carrier rates.
The current workaround for printing is to use UI 2.0. Please see our guide to switch to UI 2.0: [https://support.starshipit.com/hc/en-us/articles/4928214852239-Switching-between-Classic-UI-and-UI-2-0].
The issue with getting rates back from carriers is being investigated by our team with urgency.
