Chat service inaccessible from certain ISP in the UAE region

It has come to our attention through customer reports that our API is currently inaccessible when using certain ISPs in the United Arab Emirates. It appears that our service has been blocked. The issue began last Thursday and has spread over the following days. We are uncertain of the reason for this action, as we have not been contacted or informed about any issues or policy violations that might have led to the block. Our team has attempted to restore the service without success, and we are now engaging in conversations with the ISPs and relevant authorities to reinstate the service.
