Problem with Tracing Collection, Authentication, Billing and Account Management, CSE Processing Pipeline and CSE APIs

We are currently investigating reports of problems with Tracing Collection, Authentication, Billing and Account Management, CSE Processing Pipeline and CSE APIs. The symptoms are: latency in processing and displaying tracing data, inability to log in, latency in processing and displaying security data, latency or errors communicating with API. We will provide more information soon.

We have identified the source of the issue and our all services are impacted and degraded because of underlying AWS us-east-1 region outage(https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status). We are working on a fix for the problem.

AWS services are recovering, and we are also seeing that our services are recovering. We are currently monitoring the results.

We are continuing to monitor performance issues related to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) service disruptions impacting Sumo Logic's Tracing Collection, Authentication, Billing and Account Management, CSE Processing Pipeline and CSE APIs.
