This incident has been resolved.
A fix has been rolled out, and the configuration for affected projects has been fixed as well.
It was also determined that the bug was introduced at ~0755 on the 24th of September, and three projects in total were impacted by the edge condition that was determined to be buggy.
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
We are currently investigating this issue.
