Since 1st July 00:00, we have been experiencing delays in processing French Onboardings as the French UBO Registry website that we use has closed down. We have applied to a new platform but this might take some time as it will require a review.
To help limit delays we might be requesting UBO declarations as supporting documents. We will provide updates as necessary.

This incident has been resolved and we now have full access to the French UBO Registry.
