We are currently experiencing an issue with retrieving and displaying shipping information. This is affecting all physical cards ordered since Tuesday 14th June. The cards have been dispatched correctly, but card shipping information is not available and cards may be billed with a delay. We are investigating the issue and will update you as soon as possible.

A fix has been implemented and we're monitoring the result. All shipping info for physical cards is now displayed.

Notice that only cards dispatched from France are impacted.
