Syncro will be performing no-downtime maintenance on our presence servers on Saturday, July 6th from 7:30am to 9:30am PDT. Assets may appear offline for short periods while the presence servers are restarting. We will be pausing the offline alerts feature during this maintenance window to prevent any false offline alerts that may be triggered by the updates made during maintenance.
