We inform you that, as previously stated, our specialist time carried out the migration of data reading between banks. With this, customers will be able to view today's data (from the time of migration onwards).
This process has already been done for all clusters. With this, we inform you that the data is now available from 17:00 (GMT-3) today.
In other words, from ~17:00h (GMT-3) today, all data and reports recorded from that time onwards are now available in Analytics on the Bots Portal
Furthermore, we emphasize that data prior to ~17:00 (GMT-3) today will be temporarily unavailable, until processing carried out in our database is completely completed.
If period data is needed, just get in touch so we can collect it.

We would like to inform you about the current scenario related to the infrastructure of our database responsible for the platform's metrics.
In an effort to mitigate the impacts and difficulties caused by the lack of access to data and metrics, we are implementing an emergency measure. From 14pm (GMT -3) today (04/11), we will be able to view reports and data from today and the following days.
As for the data from before today that is not yet being displayed, it will be made available after the completion of the project we are working on, which consists of changing the structure of the database mentioned above.
In this regard, we would like to highlight that the entire Blip team is committed to accelerating this process and we are dedicating our efforts to completing the transition as soon as possible. As soon as we have a new date set, we will contact you to inform you.

Incident summary:
We have received tickets from our customers reporting data and metrics not loading and/or not being displayed on their bots' Analytics screens.
Impact for customers:
Metrics do not appear in Analysis reports, and reports may not load.
Action in progress:
We analyzed the scenario and we communicate our database infrastructure provider. We opened a ticket with them and the matter was prioritized with the specialist team.
Upcoming update:
Every 4 hours or sooner if our provider provides us with updates on the case.
