We are continuing to investigate this issue.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and partnership as our teams continue working around the clock on investigation, remediation, and restoration activities.

A few key points as we continue this process:
    •    Data connections and integrations have been temporarily suspended as an intentional precautionary measure. Please do not attempt to reconnect at this time.
    •    Once our experts complete their validation and an all-clear is confirmed, you will be notified regarding safe reactivation of credentials, tokens, and integrations
    •    TapAnalytics and Reporting functionality remain operational. You continue to have access to historical data loaded prior to credential and token invalidation, allowing many normal reporting workflows to continue
    •    We do not have a confirmed ETA but are working diligently to restore full service as quickly and securely as possible
