Cloud service provider outage

All functionality has been restored.

Tax API functionality has been restored. Cost basis calculations are now processing successfully and we are processing the queue of impacted accounts. Experience within the Taxbit dashboard is still partially degraded as dependent services recover.

Issues with our cloud service provider continue to impact portions of the platform. Our engineering teams are actively working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. Some services may be slow or temporarily unavailable.

Login to the Tax Dashboard has been restored.

Pricing data is potentially delayed in the Accounting Suite.

There is an outage with our cloud service provider (AWS) that is currently affecting many TaxBit services. We are investigating to identify the full impact and explore mitigation steps.
