Limited payment options available for some regions

Open Exchange Rates has restored service and currency conversion is now functioning normally.

Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options are once again available for all supported regions.

We have deployed a fix to ensure checkout pages load correctly while Open Exchange Rates continues to experience issues.

Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options such as Klarna will remain temporarily unavailable for affected regions (SEK, NOK, DKK, CZK) until Open Exchange Rates fully restores service.

Our currency exchange partner, Open Exchange Rates, has reported partial service restoration following an upstream incident that caused missing currency data. As a result we found a small number of buyers from the impacted countries were unable to load the checkout page. Specifically, we found Krone (SEK, NOK, DKK, CZK) based currencies were primarily impacted. As Open Exchange Rates continues to resolve the issue we fully expected our systems to perform as expected.
