We are seeing full recovery from AWS, and report refreshes are now running normally. We will continue to monitor and expect all data to be reflected in reports within the next hour.

We are continuing to experience issues with our upstream provider (AWS), which are causing delays in SmartTeach reports updating with the latest information. AWS has made significant progress toward resolution, and we are no longer seeing impact beyond the delay in new report data. We will continue monitoring and provide updates as they become available.
