This incident has been resolved.

Upstream Engineers have identified the underlying issue and implemented a fix.

Service connectivity has been restored at around 3:00 PM AEST, and systems are now operating as expected. We will continue to monitor performance and stability.

A fibre break has been identified as the cause and teams are working on narrowing down the exact location of the break. No ETR at this stage.

Telair is currently aware of an unplanned network disruption impacting NBN subscribers connecting via the GOODNA POI QLD. The NBN engineering team is currently investigating the issue and will have more information as it becomes available.
