Outage Details

We are currently investigating an issue with our programmable voice products affecting customers who issue transcription commands to transcribe the audio of their calls using our in-house engine (Transcription B). The service is working intermittently, customers may observe not receiving call.transcription webhooks or call.transcription webhooks with incorrect results. The issue was first observed on the 6th of December at 21:00 UTC. Transcription type A, the default option, is not affected at this time.

The issue was partially mitigated. The webhooks are sent, but the quality of the transcription is downgraded.
