An investigation saw the issue start on Feb 14.
A fix was implemented Feb 24 18:00 UTC.
Our test calls have since been successful and we have not been able to replicate the issue anymore. This only affected some calls originating from T-Mobile sent to our US sites when the sip connection was set to Latency.
We've confirmed the issue has been completely resolved.
