For issues with payment method addition or top ups, please reach to support@telnyx.com.
If your Telnyx account is currently in Trial status, please request a manual KYC link from support to be completed so we may assist further.
If your Telnyx account is in Paid status, please complete your KYC through the portal via the Account Levels section and notify support on completion so we may assist further.
