We are currently seeing issues with the addition of new payment methods and card charges in some cases. We are investigating with our payment processor at this time.
For issues with payment method addition or top ups, please reach to support@telnyx.com.
If your Telnyx account is currently in Trial status, please request a manual KYC link from support to be completed so we may assist further.
If your Telnyx account is in Paid status, please complete your KYC through the portal via the Account Levels section and notify support on completion so we may assist further.

Our payment processor has made a change as of 13:00 UTC and we are monitoring the results.
Please re-attempt addition of payment methods and contact support@telnyx.com should issues persist after this time.
