Busy lamp fields - Temporary functionality disruption

We are currently experiencing a temporary disruption in the BLF (Busy Lamp Field) functionality within our VoIP solution. This means **it’s currently not possible to see whether colleagues are on a call or available** (for example, via status lights on desk phones or in our Flexy Desktop and Flexy Mobile).The issue is due to a required update to a system managed by an external partner.**Important:** **All other features are working as expected and remain unaffected. Our users can call internally or externally.
