Textline Application Latency

Infrastructure has been updated and application latency is no longer observed.

Continued monitoring is being performed. A zero-downtime infrastructure upgrade is scheduled for Friday, October 3rd to isolate resources to ensure isolation between message volume and message delivery.

Delay to incoming messages has been reported and is under investigation.

Resources have been scaled up to meet increased volume. No messages were lost during the spike in volume.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

Textline is experiencing extreme message load. Resources are being scaled up to manage the increased volume.
