We’re currently investigating an issue affecting reward redemptions at a subset of Toast-integrated locations. Guests at these locations may be unable to redeem rewards at the point of sale.
Our team has identified a potential fix and is working to implement it as quickly as possible. We’ll continue to monitor closely and will provide another update once the fix has been deployed and validated.
