Errors in RAV Requests & 403 Responses

We are currently investigating an issue where indexer tap agents encounter errors while requesting RAVs. Affected requests return a 403 Forbidden response with the following error:

Over the past several hours, multiple Indexers confirmed they see successful RAVs. This incident is now resolved.

Several fixes were implemented in Cloudflare, and now Indexers are seeing successful RAVs. The team will continue monitoring for several hours before closing out this issue.
