Cognitive Assessment: 'Something went wrong..' error message appearing for some candidates

We have confirmed that candidates should no longer receive the error message “Something went wrong. Please contact your administrator” when attempting to complete the Cognitive Assessment. Candidates should now be able to utilize the Cognitive Assessment links that were initially sent out to them to complete the assessment. If you are still experiencing issues, please reach out to us via our support form.

Our Engineering team is continuing to investigate the issue affecting candidate access to the cognitive assessment, where some users encounter the error message: “Something went wrong. Please contact your administrator.” We are actively working to identify the root cause and will share further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
