JA Site requires additional login credentials (Legacy)

We have identified the root cause of the login page appearing when individuals attempt to complete the Job Assessment from the Legacy software, and have released a fix. Moving forward, individuals should no longer encounter a login page when completing the Job Assessment and should be able to directly navigate into the Job Assessment as expected.

We have received reports from the Legacy software that the Job Assessment (JA) is navigating to a login page that is preventing the completion of the assessment. Our team is currently working on identifying the underlying cause. An update will be provided as soon as the issue has been identified.
