Thinkific is experiencing an issue impacting the application of Community access for new students

The underlying cause of the Community access has been fixed. Our developers are continuing to work on correcting the incorrect Community access for impacted students. We expect that to be completed as priority early tomorrow and will continue to provide updates accordingly.

A fix has been implemented to resolve the issue and ensure future Community enrollments are applied as expected! Our developers are working on resolving and syncing the correct access with all impacted students during the time of the issue.

We are currently experiencing an issue where access based Community enrollments e.g. Course/Bundle/Group are being inappropriately applied to all access at the corresponding level e.g. Communities based on Course enrollments are being added for all Course enrollments. Our developers identified the issue and are preparing a fix as priority.
