Between 19:53 UTC and 21:00 UTC February 22, there was delay in processing network test data for cloud and enterprise agents in the ThousandEyes US West region. Network layer data, may been delayed by up to 45 minutes not have been visible immediately, and alerts on network data were delayed. Additionally, Network and Application Outages in Internet Insights during this time period may not have been detected. The ThousandEyes Engineering team has mitigated the issue and continues to monitor.
