Outage Details

We are currently experiencing delays in the provisioning of DNS records, which is impacting the creation of new services in our cloud platform.

This issue stems from a recent change that caused our DNS zone for database hostnames, new service deployments that require creation of new DNS entries are temporarily affected.

Our engineering team is actively working to resolve the issue by reducing the number of DNS records in the impacted zone and restoring normal provisioning behavior.
