We have identified an issue with Data Centers in Canada on the Enterprise environment.
Impacted sessions failed with 4010 "WebSocketConnection" Error.
The issue started on 2021-10-21 at 11:13 PDT.
Some customers' session connections would have been impacted.
The server has been taken out of rotation and there is no customer impact now. Please reach out to support@tokbox.com if you have any further questions.
