The TOMIS App's automated process queue's database ran out of memory. Because of this, all background processes on and around the morning of September 17th, 2019 failed. This issue has been resolved and measures have been put into place to prevent it in the future.

Most noticeably, Automated Trip Communication functionality was affected.

The TOMIS App's automated process queue's database ran out of memory. Because of this, all background processes on and around the morning of September 17th, 2019 failed. This issue has been resolved and measures have been put into place to prevent it in the future.
