Vista Web and Cascade Admin Portal Access Issue

We are investigating a current service interruption that may be affecting your ability to use some of our Azure Hosted Platforms. The cause of this disruption is an outage within the Microsoft Azure infrastructure, which hosts some of our core services like Cascade and Vista Web HR Management Portals.
