The issue has been identified and a fix has been implemented. We’re aware of a 60-minute+ delay in Shopify data updating on the Triple Whale Summary page. The team is actively investigating and working to bring updates back to real-time. This is only impacting the Summary Page of the app, while the Pixel or attribution is not impacted.
