A data issue affecting a portion of our Triton live streaming clients in the EMEA region resulted in incomplete Webcast Metrics reporting for the period of August 7–13. Note that this incident only affected WCM numbers and did not affect impression data or listener experience in any way. This incident affected a subset of EMEA radio stations using Triton Streaming services. It did not affect clients in the Americas or APAC.
