We are investigating reports that uploads of MPEG-4 Audio files are failing during the ingestion and validation of the audio and the CMS reports that these files are invalid.

We've identified the root cause of this issue in conjunction with our cloud provider and a hot fix has been applied to the underlying cloud platform to resolve this issue.

A workaround has been deployed and we are actively monitoring the situation, as well as working with our cloud provider to understand the root cause of this issue.

There is a manual work around if required. Converting any audio file that needs to be uploaded to mp3 first, then uploading should work as usual.

If you continue to having issues with aac, m4a or mp4 files, please open a case with support to investigate further.

We've identified the cause of the issue, and are working on deploying a mitigation, as well as working with our cloud provider to understand the root cause of this issue. At this stage we believe that only AAC audio files, or container formats that rely on AAC audio including MPEG-4 are impacted by this issue.

There is a manual work around if required. Converting any audio file that needs to be uploaded to mp3 first, then uploading should work as usual.
