Outage Details

We are investigating an issue with our Live Analytics (Realtime Listening and Realtime Monitoring) which is causing dips in the graphics. These dips in data give a false impression that there is a drop in listenership. There is in fact, no loss of listenership that is occurring. We have determined that the cause of the issue lies somewhere in the reporting mechanisms between our European media servers and the reporting UI. A root cause has yet to be found. Note that this incidente only affects the Realtime Live Analytics and Realtime Monitoring UI. No other data is affected by this incident. Data in Total Measurement (Webcast Metrics) is unaffected. Also note that this incident only affects European data. Note that call for realtime data made through the Metrics API will also be affected. More information to come.

We have applied a fix to improve the reporting mechanisms that feed our our Live Analytics UI (Realtime Listening and Realtime Monitoring).
The situation appears to have greatly improved. However, we will continue to monitor the situation closely.

We are investigating an issue with our Live Analytics (Realtime Listening and Realtime Monitoring) which is causing dips in the graphics. These dips in data give a false impression that there is a drop in listenership. There is in fact, no loss of listenership that is occurring.
