Outage Details

We are investigating an issue where certain live instream live flights did not start delivering as expected around August 12th. Clients experiencing this issue are instructed to edit their flights and make any change to the flight, save, undo their edit and save. This should kickstart the flight into delivery. Note that this incident is not affecting on demand or podcast flights. More information to come.

A fix was deployed yesterday. The affected flights have started delivering. The nature of the system should ensure that impression goals are reached with the remaining flight time.
