Outage Details

Loading saves quotes using the website (either through a saved quote email link or service connect) is not functioning properly. The configuration will show the default shed with no doors or windows. However, creating new quotes on the website continues to work as expected. Salesforce quotes are not affected. We are working with the Epicor/KBMax developers to find a solution to this incident. For the time being, you may need to recreate quotes in the website configurator to transact.

We've worked with KBM's development team to resolve this issue. Saved quotes and configurations should load correctly now on all websites and service connect.
