Poland, Romania and Croatia e-Invoicing Service Degradation

Work to restore our e-Invoicing services in Poland, Romania and Croatia continues.

In Poland, the service has been restored and new documents are processing normally. We are continuing to work with our partner to clear the remaining backlog of documents delayed during the past few days.

In Croatia, this issue is now resolved and invoice processing has returned to normal.

In Romania, we continue to work with our partner to restore normal processing, and will share an update as soon as one is available.

We are aware of an issue currently affecting our e-Invoicing services in Poland, Romania and Croatia.

For Poland, customers may experience increased processing times for both invoice clearance submissions to KSeF and the retrieval of documents from KSeF. As a result, some transactions may remain in intermediate statuses longer than usual before being updated.

For Romania, customers may experience increased processing times for both invoice clearance submissions to ANAF and the retrieval of documents from ANAF. As a result, some transactions may remain in intermediate statuses longer than usual before being updated.

Croatian invoice processing is also affected, with a small batch of transactions waiting for processing.

Our teams are actively investigating the root cause and working to mitigate the impact.
