Due to an unexpected service incident, Spanish language users may have intermittently encountered errors when accessing the AI Writing reports in Turnitin Feedback Studio. We are pleased to advise that service has been restored.

Any submissions made in the below time frame may still show an error, we are in the process of fixing these affected reports. This process may take some time. If a report is needed urgently please resubmit to generate a new AI Writing report.

The incident occurred between the following times:

PDT: Thursday, 7th May 06:25 - Thursday, 7th May 09:08
BST: Thursday, 7th May 14:25 - Thursday, 7th May 17:08
AEST: Thursday, 7th May 23:25 - Friday, 8th May 02:08
